data analytics
Assistance with gathering, storing, and processing data in support of data-driven decisions.
Why data analytics?
Data can be revolutionary. Every interaction with a student, every email sent, and every workshop hosted can contribute to the success of the department and students. How do we store this data? How do we use this data? Whether you are interested in a one-off data project or wish to incorporate an annual review, EducaTech LLC is here to help identify and implement data.
sample projects
Below we have identified some projects that fall within the Data Analytics service. This service is often times deployed as a conversation to determine what questions you might have and overview how data could help you find the answers. Many of the projects listed involve EducaTech conducting the data analysis, but we can educate yourself and/or your staff on how to use data analytics as part of our Professional Development service.
Have your cake and eat it, too: Making Predictive analytics digestible
Artificial Intelligence has been a hot topic this past year as it pertains to the impact on higher education. The focus of this workshop is to demystify the “How” behind machine learning and predictive analytics and deliver tangible processes for attendees. In this technological day and age of open-source resources, anyone can participate in the data revolution.

Who do we hire? Using Data to make Hiring Decisions.
Using caseload performance data to maximize staff hiring by recruiting tutors for highest-impact subjects.
Using Data to plan Programs
Workshops are only as good as they are accessible to students. We can use data to plan when (and how long!) to host workshops to maximize attendance.
Predicting Success
You have a ton of services, but how do you know if they are helping your students be success? This project involves you providing the data and us predicting the outcomes.
How Far have we Come?
You have all of the data, but what do you do with it? This project is all about incorporating data to quantify growth and changes in your department offerings.
